Adyen - Geneva
Crafting excellence with Oetker Collection
Invisible yet impactful.
As art director for this case study video, I helped craft and shape the narrative behind Adyen’s partnership with Oetker Collection, a luxury hotel group renowned for its world-class service. The story centers around The Woodward in Geneva and its two-star Michelin restaurant, L’Atelier Robuchon, illustrating how seamless payments play a vital yet invisible role in delivering an impeccable guest experience.
Our creative approach focused on capturing the quiet dedication it takes to operate in the exclusive world of luxury hospitality, and how Adyen supports that ambition through effortless, behind-the-scenes payment infrastructure.
The delivery.
The final output included a full-length case study video, complemented by a series of cut-down versions. Each shorter version focused on a distinct message or theme, enabling precise targeting across paid social campaigns.
This modular approach allowed Adyen to speak directly to different segments within the hospitality industry while maintaining a consistent visual and narrative identity. The content was used across YouTube, paid promotions, and industry events, reinforcing Adyen’s relevance in the high-end hospitality space.
